The line is especially designed for carbonated drinks. By all sorts of constitute it can fit for typical glass bottle, pop-top cans, PET bottles. All the line is consist of washing machinery, constant pressure filler, sealing machinery, conveying system. The production capacity is (take 500ml) 2000B/h, 4000B/h and 6000B/h.
The line consists of washing (rising), filling and capping. All in line, and can be individually controlled. The line is specially designed for PET bottle but is suit for all the types of the bottle.
Vacuum filling is suitable for accurate filling of light viscosity liquid, like water, tea, drinks, wine and etc. All parts are stainless steel, and filling is extremely accurate and trouble free. The line need minimum maintenance, and filling speed can be adjusted. Production capacity for the 12 head rinser, 12 filler, and single head capper for (500ml bottle) is 3000bottle/h.For 18 head filler is 4000bottle/h. For 24 head filler is 6000 bottle/hour
