HDH-ALCH-40 Aluminum foil container production line
         Introduction
The Aluminum foil container production line is the perfect one to manufacturing Aluminum foil container, which includes: automatic uncoiler, high accuracy press, mould(optional) and conveyor (optional).
Feeding is controlled by servo system, we can use the setting length as well as color label tracing, it provide accurate positioning and wide adjusting range.
The accurate press adopt steel plates joining body, variable frequency speed regulation, dry type friction clutch to clutch-on-off, rigid over-load protector to protect the press.In short, this is a high accuracy and reliability press. We use high quality die steel to build the die, and it have the function of edge trimming and curling, forming the Al-foil container in one step.
